The project starts from the Huainan substation in Anhui and ends at Huxi Substation in Shanghai, adopting double circuit tower for construction, crossing Huaihe River and the Changjiang River, with the power transmission capacity of 12,000,000KVA and total length of 759.414km. Total investment of this project is RMB 26,800,000. Three ultra-high voltage substations (Nanjing, Taizhou and Suzhou) are built in Jiangsu; about 519.053km of UHV double-circuit lines are built in Huai'an, Taizhou, Yangzhou, Yancheng, Nantong and Suzhou.
