Qingdao Huijintong Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") recently received the "Civil Judgment" (2020) Lu 02 min Chu No. 496 served by the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court of Shandong Province. The Qingdao Intermediate People's Court of Shandong Province filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff HJT STEEL TOWER (NORTH AMERICA) CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiff") Make a judgment on the product liability dispute with the company, and reject the plaintiff's claim because the original claim lacks factual and legal basis.

In accordance with Articles 1, 36 and 46 of the "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international sale of goods", Article 64 of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" and articles 2, 

11 and 12 of the "Provisions of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China on Evidence in Civil Proceedings", the judgment is as follows:

1. Reject the plaintiff's claim.

2. The case acceptance fee is 146459 yuan, which shall be borne by the plaintiff.

3. If the plaintiff refuses to accept this judgment, the plaintiff may, within 30 days from the date of service of the judgment and the defendant within 15 days from the date of service of the judgment, submit a petition 

of appeal to Qingdao Intermediate People's Court of Shandong Province, submit copies according to the number of other parties, and appeal to Shandong Higher People's Court of the people's Republic of China.
