Announcement on Winning the Bid of State Grid Project

On March 21, 2021, State Grid Corporation of China (State Grid) announced the announcement on the results of “The Ninth Procurement for UHV Project (Jinmen-Wuhan, Nanchang-Changsha, etc.) of State Grid Corporation of China in 2021” and “The Fourth Procurement (First Procurement of Line Equipment Material for Transmission Project) of State Grid Corporation of China in 2021” on its e-business platform (https://ecp.sgcc.com.cn/ecp2.0/portal/#/). Qingdao Huijintong Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "the company") won the bid with an amount of about 130900800 yuan, accounting for about half of the company's total investment 8.09% of the annual audited business income of 2019. The details are as follows:
